Silence then msg left on voicemail….“Arr, good morning it’s Simone from Customer Information Line calling…how are you going this morning… Hello? It’s just in regards to your superannuation…If you can hear me?”

Called multiple times
Picked their call once. Was asking about my super.
Worried now

Caller: superfund

called asking if i was happy with super fund n wanted to ask five questions put him on hold looked up number, seen that it was used for next gen Australia told him i was now recording our conversation when i asked him about next gen he could not answer got rear angry n hung up

Recieve calls from this number a few times.Someone listens then hangs up.
When I call back numbers disconnected.

I never answer numbers I don't know, don't have message bank on pre paid mobile either.

Unsolicited call. Didn't bother leaving a voicemail message.

Apparently they are from Australian Premium Network or some rubbish. SPAM. Rude as.

Caller: Some "market research" person called Rory.

Started straight away telling me the call was being recorded. No-one has that right and is fact illegal. This is a standard statement now from these phone floggers in the hope they won't be abused for annoying people. Doesn't work.

PEST.

I've blocked this number and it somehow still calls multiple times a day.

Didn’t give them enough time to continue after they said they were from. Just told them no thanks, have a nice day and hung up.
Number now blocked

Marketing call. Said they are from Next Gen. Also same mob on 0480 046 266

I do not answer numbers I do not know. Blocked.

I ended up calling this number back and lodged a complaint about how I was hung up on just because I asked who they were and why they were asking questions about my health insurance....perfectly valid questions I would have thought. I'm awaiting a callback from a supervisor and got a very polite apology. At least their office staff are polite, even though their calls are not welcome.

Some guy said he was from Next Gen Australia and launched into asking me about my private health insurance and if I still had it! I asked him who was he and why was he calling and he just said have a nice day and hung up!

Answered call - asks if I "still have that health insurance in place"

This number called and when I answered they just hung up. I will block them now.
