Pretty sure this is a scam. Indian? man speaking very fast, I just said "wrong number" and hung up.

Said from Vodafone, ask about personal information, it’s scam

Keep speaking mandarin (or Cantonese?) and ask if I can say mandarin then hung up

Telemarketer/scam call

A female voice called said she is coming to my city and wanted to have a dinner with me. I don’t know who she was and hang up straight away.

Call centre background noise, I said hello, heard click click click a beep then someone in a foreign accented voice saying "uh hello? Hello my friend" at which point I ended the call.

Pretending a guy from Vodafone and said that I had applied a Vodafone account. Absolutely ridiculous call since I had never visited Vodafone.
