Legal assist about a car accident. A woman with an Indian accent. I am assuming this is a scam.

I called back number 0480 034 348 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

They are back and using this number now. When the tv show I am watching is on a ad break or I am doing chores I keep repeatedly prank calling them. I have a capped mobile plan... They clearly already have my number. I told the lady I would keep calling them if they keep calling me. She laughed. Challenge accepted. Doesn’t cost me anything and if their answering my call they can’t call others...

Seemed to be a scam I hung up after hearing Legal Assist and Indian accent as have been advised of this before.

I WILL NEVER ANSWER calls from mobile or landline if I'm not familiar with the number. Will let it ring and if they are legit calls they will leave a message IF NOT THEN THEY ARE SCAM, SPAM or MALICIOUS CALLS... or worse who knows

Asking if i've had any accidents lately. I said no and they hung up without any further comment.

Disconnected as soon as I answered.

Called no message left. Scammers new number?

Caller: Ebay

The Indian man said someone was trying to buy gift cards from my Account on EBay for the amount of $ 200 ,if I go on my computer he can direct me to stop the sale. I have never had a EBay account so I hung up on him .

Claimed to be Telstra calling about some irregular download activity on my internet account. I asked if I could call her back, she tried to arrange a better time to call, but I insisted on calling her back via the Telstra main number and she hung up.

claiming to be from Home Affairs office, warrant out for my arrest.

Told me I had a car accident. Told her she was full of it & hung up. Number now blocked.

Car crash scammer claiming to be from “legal assist” about a car crash “I recently had”

Indian woman called...didn’t let her get into it because I knew it was a scam. Told her she was a filthy scammer and hung up.

Obviously a scam. Indian lady possibly. Car crash that someone with this number had. What a lot of bull. Number now blocked.

I’ve had a few of these callers, don’t know how they get my number. Indian lady, Said I had a crash but haven’t. Piece of garbage these people are.

the old " you had a car accident " routine again.. Defineate scammerss..

This number had called my partner, an indian lady saying that my partners number was used for car accident report and then said he was car accident and asked if he was in one and my partner said no. Then they proceeded to say he was involved in a work place accident and my partner said no and she goes are you sure and my partner said "i dont work" and she hung up. So be carefule of this number dont answer it. This is the 2nd scam call today.
