Debt collectors are only allowed to call you 2 times a week or you can have them charged with harassment. I looked up the protocol for it all. Tell them that next time.

There is no debt. Harassing a disability pensioner for no valid reason wouldn't sell well to a jury in a civil suit. Wonder who Dun & Bradstreet's public liability insure is and how deep are it's pockets?

Hung up as soon as I answered. Keep getting calls from Dun & Bradstreet. Who the heck is Adriana? And what do they want her for?

I rang them and made a complaint. They are sincere, it's not a scam. But they should be made aware of what their employees are doing harassing us like this so I spoke to their HR and put in a formal enquiry.

No idea what debt
Posted on May 12, 2015 Caller type: Debt Collector Location: Australia
They called me on 0478 860 88 and wanted me to confirm details without explaining who they were. I refused to give details over the phone to some stranger. Now also using 08 613 2884. They called and there was silence, I hung up. When I called the number I advised them they would need to call me and when they do call they need to speak and not have silence there causing me to call back. They refused to explain what their companies does when asked also. I still have no idea what this potential debt is as they want me to confirm details without fully explaining who they are and where the debt is coming from.

Bloody annoying! They will NOT stop calling. When i answer they either hang up or they will not tell me what the debt came from. I have no idea what it could possibly be about but they are saying i owe them over $2000
