I just Googled this after receiving a call and it's a number from Hanoi apparently - I don't know anyone from there so suspect it is a dodgy - just be on the look out if you see any numbers from 0466 651 are all from Hanoi - better to be wary than no especially if you do not know anyone in Hanoi
