Caller said they were calling on behalf of Victoria Police from StreetSmart Australia and wanted to save kids from drugs. However not sure about the legitimacy of the call as it was from a mobile number and asked for fixed package charity donations whose reference cannot be found on StreetSmart's website.

Offered advertising space in the Australian Federal Police magazine. It is a major scam. Be careful.
