Text with dubious looking link

SMS with suspect link, message “Apologies xxxx, this was meant to be ready yesterday.

Caller: SMS TEXT

Have received the same various sms messages listed by others contributors here, lately it has related to but coin crypto currency! The sms below was this numbers message today...
*btc* just passed $50,000. Profit from Crypto (in 15 minutes or less): https:// dfref.xyz/btrkawl

possibly linked to Facebook/messenger as I have received the numerous sms text scams immediately after I open & use FB app or messenger.. maby coincidence maby not? Have found FB accounts with names matching part of URL links? Just an observation?
