i got the same telling me to call a number regarding a paypal payment that doesnt actually exist. must be a scam

Received text saying I sent a payment of 1599.99 For V-Card@INC Pay-Pal_AU If NOT you call 1800 845 013. I can't find any info for either number. Would be great if someone would come up with a reverse number tracking app that would allow law enforcement to catch these AO's
