Caller: Not sure they started specking Chinese

This company needs get lost though probably a scam that is getting annoying I have blocked this number and other many times and it the same thing I answer and automated message in Chinese when I don’t even speak it I speak English so no idea what is being said so I hang up waste of time and u ring back( always block my number for this) and my phone provider says the number is not connected how funny. This is an utter nuisance when I can’t even tell him to stop calling me because I want to do not call register
