I know this lady. She was probably given the wrong number

I know this lady and she is legit. Somebody must have given her the wrong number

i would really like to know who this is as very strange lady and wouldn't say where she was just asking about an appointment for Ben who I don't know of.
Also why are my sms messages appearng on your log list 4 times? Dors this mean they are neing sent 4 times (telstra rip off?) or going to 4 other people who may have hacked my phone?
