Advertised on Gumtree, for "local ladies" and "Junior Local Ladies" to work in his unknown restaurant. Wanted the applicants to send ALL their details first, I replied. Questioned his motives after various back and forths he informed me that the positions had already been filled. Fastest interview process I've ever witnessed (only 2 hours from posting the ad to filling the positions). Just beware.
