Wanting to buy my home. Suspicious

Recieved sms from 'Dus', Oberoi Homes, on behalf of his client 'susan' wanting to buy my house. Never heard of Oberoi Homes, never put my house on the market . . . Scam

Received a message from Oberoi homes wanting to place an off market offer on our home representing "Raj".

Caller: Dus 0451 628 716

I don't live in the area he's requesting to buy from me. Never gave my number out to anyone in real estate yet somehow he's managed to contact me directly. Super suspicious.

Exactly the same as everyone else here. Only their client name is "Sher"

Received 2 sma in 24 hours stating the following:

I am talking on behalf of my client David, to ask if you would be interested in selling your house to him in the Carrum Downs area.

Received a message from Oberoi homes - named Dus Oberoi Homes
Asking for free property appraisals

Received SMS's from this number from real estate agent Oberoi Homes. I have never heard or had dealings with them before. Unsure how my contact details were obtained.
