Do not add this guy (Lee Jones) to your business team. He will use you for anything that he can get. Recently landing in Australia from the UK he is after as many "tickets and inductions" as possible to add to his Australian resume.
He may agree to start up with your company but he will not turn up for work.
He has no good morals and will not care to put you in a predicament.
