Random number text, used my Name but incorrectly spelled. Assumed spam

Used my name in an sms.
Wanted me to use link to find out why my parcel was not delivered. The dodgiest web address! Deleted message.

Said that my registration was approved and to click the 'url' link. But never applied for anything.

This person sent a text saying that they owe me an apology for not sending something through, with a link to something - I didn't open it. They had my name.

Sends messages with links. CHANGES NUMBER.. Scam

I got this too this morning using my nickname from an email. Tried to send me to an unknown website. Blocked number. Believe it is spam or malicious.
