Electricity scammer

When I answered they asked for me by name and then hung up. When I called back there was a message that said the number has incoming call restrictions

Asked for me by name.
I said "Who is calling her?"
He gave a name and I asked "Where are you from"?
He said "Are you her?".
I said "Who do you want?".
He YELLED "I already repeat myself twice. Are you DEAF??!!". Then hung up.
I guess he wanted to move on to more cooperative people to scam.

This number is harass number

This number called .. no message left . Now blocked

Called my number and remained silent the whole time. Return call has incoming call restrictions. A waste of time caller. Do not answer

scam - knew name but not contactable

Talked about a energy saving device as well. Then told me to verify some details that were a postcode in Melbourne but i live in Sydney. Then quickly hung up

Around 8:30pm, received call
From Indian a ect asking for me
By name, asking if I had received my
Electronic power reduction device in my postcode. Said wrong postcode . Said electrician in my area who could fit next
Day . Said no not convienient. Hung up. Scammer .

SPAM/SCAM/c*nt/LOW LEVEL, will hunt for your head ya filthy coward, I promise will get your head tonight ya filthy garbage

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

I received a phone call from the above number. The person name called John indicated that they are calling from EMS first and asking me if I have received the "energy saving device". When I asked them further, the man on the phone then said that they are calling from Victorian Saving energy department/company. In the phone call, they kept asking me if they can confirm I will be home tomorrow and my postcode. I don't know how valid they are but it did not sound right for me. Just be careful.

Caller: someone calling from India but using Australian number

sounded really phishy stated she was calling from Government rebate exam which didn't make sense at all as I haven't been a student in years. Sounded like a call centre in India as her accent was a strong Indian accent told her not interested and hanged up. If you get these calls hang up straight away as they try to hold your number longer etc... then spoof your numbers out randomly...it gets retracted into their system with other callers that telemarketers try to reach you again and again and again. That's why I don't answer random numbers, only friends family and work calls only.

I answered call speaking in a foreign language. They knew my name but hung up when i continued speaking spanish. 🤣

I rang back the number 0450 978 093, spoke with someone who hung up right away
