This person is doing internet searches to find properties newly listed for rent, then sends unsolicited letters to your mailbox begging for cleaning work. Very annoying. No company name is given, no ABN is given, no address is given. Looks very dodgy. Unsolicited communications such as this should be banned and this person prosecuted.
