Just received a call from this number a day after listing a business on True Local. Missed the call and they didn't leave a message. Won't be calling back after reading the above comments.

Just received a call from this same number, stated Sam speaked on behaft of Victoria Police. He tries to get 20 local business to be published on some sort of Blue Magazine. I said thanks and I will not take his offer. He hung up immediately.

0448 272 904 - said he was from the Police Association (I didn't catch his name) & asked for "the business owner". he was very quick to hang up when I said he was calling a private mobile number.

Numbers to watch out for. 0474 968 580 (Paul) 0448 272 904 (Sam) and 0416 761 439 (Tom). These guys are all working together in the same scam, trying to sell advertising space in a non existent Police publication. They may all be the same guy, certainly Paul and Sam sounded very similar.
