To receive your statements electronically via Online Banking for your joint mortgage account ending in 0374 and any associated offset account, reply 'Y' by 12/10/20. To switch any other accounts, log in to Online Banking and select 'Service' then 'Preferences'. We'll send an email when your eStatement is ready to view. You can switch back to receiving paper statements at any time. For more info, google 'Westpac paper-free' or contact us through the Westpac app by selecting the 'Contact us' tab. The Westpac team.

100% a scam - suggest written by a person with minimal 2nd language abilities in English language. Do not respond and block the number. Have forwarded message to Westpac fraud centre for their information.

If this is Westpac they are undermining their own messaging regarding scams. Never respond to unsolicited requests. Blocked - Westpac can contact me another way.

This was the sms received today, one thing is for sure that is not my name that they addressed me by.

Caller: Claiming to be Westpac but mobile phone no. Claimed I could get online credit card statements on line from Westpac. I already get online statements from Westpac and don't have a credit card with them.
