This guy is no business man, has no money and can only start a new job when he
has got enough cash deposit to pay for the steel or the kit. The posts on this site that favour him are absolutely crap and I agree would have been written by him. The only
deposit a patio builder should require is enough to present the job to council and lock in the contract. All these progress payments when the delivery and install should be carried out over a 2 or 3 day period are put in place so when the job is at practical completion the guy can disappear.

The young man that works for Haydan does excellent work, I only had one issue with my patio and that was a downpipe I saw Haydan do, which he came back and replaced.

Yes i regulary post on here to save my own lying arse. I have no positive comments or feedback from past customers as i have conned and scammed every one of them with half finished unsafe structures that a 3 yr old made. I rip everyone off and im not qualified to build a sandcastle let alone your dream patio. Buyer beware im no good at building patios but i love love love to take your cash only and run......

Had a patio built 6 weeks ago yes had a few leaks contacted unique exteriors they informed me they fix within a week and guess what they true to there word I use them again , so guess what all you so called unhappy customers do as I did I sure *hidden* will sort out as soon as he is able stop the bullsh*t and give the man a fair go
