Considering I actually got my payment, and is a mobile number lacking specific details, I guess a scam. Would be nice if my provider didn’t leak my number to scammers though.

Message says Centrelink suspending obligations. This should come in business hours. Probable scam by sick person

Caller: Max Employment

"You are set to transfer to Max Employment in 14 days for a fresh employment outlook." They sent me the same message on 13 July, 2018. I believe it's a bogus message designed to get people to join Max Employment. If Centrelink want you to change job service providers (JSP) you will be told this by your present JSP.
