This quite blatantly a scam. I received the below text message, the grammar alone is a red flag.
"Hi Samantha (I am not Samantha), Thanks for being a Telstra customer. You recently changed the plan on your mobile service (wrong again). We'd really appreciate a moment of your time to understand how we handled your request. Firstly, is this change to your Telstra service complete? Please reply YES or NO. If you reply NO you will be offered a call back to resolve your issue.
* No charge for receiving or replying to this SMS from a Telstra Mobile in Australia. If you do not wish to receive surveys like this one reply STOP."

Caller: Saying text was from telstra Clearly a scam as my name is wrong in the text.
You have to go through a validation process for mobile numbers in australia, so how could they get my name wrong.

Im not with Telstra, my name is not Hans, this is some kind of scam...beware!

Rang Telstra they said that it not any of their numbers and they didn't send the text which was a survey about billing. They also had the details of my account incorrect so I was very suspicious.
