Caller: Scammer

I've been receiving many calls after viewing ad on the net gov rebates on solar. I still receive calls from solar companies but this call was different as after installing solar I received call sound like an Indian and he said it was important for him to know how many panels I had installed. I asked him why he needed to know so he hung up, the above number is private.
This guy is a scammer!!!
