This number is not connected when you call, but earlier today it rang my mobile number with a chinese Lady speaking or was a recorded message of some type. I terminated the call. I called the number from my landline but as per above not connected.
How can they use a disconnected mobile number to ring out. Scam people are able to do this but why????
