I called the number and was asked to verify myself giving my mothers maiden name. I refused to do so, and then called Virgin through their contact number on my home page.

They were very helpful and we resolved the issue. It wasn't a scam call and they were calling by mistake regarding a previous amount which we cleared previously over the phone
