Its a scam to get you to turn on your computer and they hack in. Don't fall for it. Telstra would never do that.

Caller: They said they where Telstra but sounded suspicious

I received a call from the listed mobile number. The woman who did not speak great English said she was from Telstra insisted I go to my PC to resolve a problem. I said I couldn't because I was out (the truth).

I could barely hear her and the line was terrible. Surely Telstra wouldn't a) Call on a mobile ans b) have such a bad line. I am keen to know if anyone else has had this type of call.
