After receiving this call and no message, I rang back and got the answering service of Steve from Yarra Valley Water. I left a message and when the call came in I answered and guess what, on the other end was a dodgy call centre!

Total scam call. Want lots of personal and financial details to supposedly offer better mortgage rate. Avoid. Ask them to remove your number from their call list. Usually works for me.
