They’re sending messages about BT Margin lending from this number now. I don’t even have BT Margin Lending.

Caller: Bank of Melbourne Thanks for your progress payment request. It's now been actioned and funds will be paid in the next 48 hours.
I actually did request a drawdown from Babknof Melbourne during the days prior to this message. This is legitimate.

Also received text "Thanks for your ivr request. It's now been activated". Possibly scam, no "ivr" request submitted by myself. HOWEVER, just read above may be St George Bank as day before sent an email to the loans admin requesting a redraw facility on my loan...online/telephone.

Caller: St George Thanks for your ivr request. It's now been activated.
This was in response to my St George redraw request. I’m guessing companies are using the same messaging provider which recycles numbers.

Received a text: Thanks for your ivr request. It's now been activated. I have lodged a request with my bank but I would expect something more professional from them.

Sounds like a scam. IVR request. Not sure how it came through as a known number.
