Received a similar call from this guy and he gave me a bunch of publicly available data about real estate. Likely, he is a real estate agent trying to PRY on the competition and their work (Sale price or Sale campaign etc). Gave him some non-verifiable information and hung up.

Hung up when I answered. Suspect a spam caller.

Yes, this same number rang me several times, which I reported as spam. The person is probably a real estate agent from Brisbane, at a guess, as I have an investment property there and have had other agents cold call me about wanting to sell my property - to which I always respond by telling them to ______ off. With another real estate agent who called, I asked how he found my number, and he advised they use some application or service called "id4me". It seems no personal data, not even your mobile number is sacred these days.
