Unlawful Collections Methodology
Business Card Impersonates/Implies a High Level Federal Police Investigators design, icon resemblance and mannerisms when making initial contact. Within the second call and my possession of my vehicle against my will, I call this guy after receiving note someone was trying to repossess a vehicle from Audi which was returned due to its high risk propensity with numerous full failure shutdowns. The company repossessing was the same one these guys heavily influenced to take out from in house financing, only to play set up games to collect on faulty product and no existent service. AFCA, ACCC and ASIC is tonight's reading. Well done Mark, trying to collect my car while it was hailing!! snake
