It's a scam.
These people offer advertising through local real estate companies, I contacted the real estate company and was told they have no plans to do business with App Nation.

Trying to sell membership for a 'new' real estate app. Although i heard from them years ago about the same thing. As soon as they realized i wasn't a Tradie the call was very quickly terminated
