Scam - don't pay!!! Sound professional and legit but they want $400 for an advert they claim you agreed to. Google search the number and there's a Facebook post from a business they tried it on a couple of years ago.

Scam indeed... They get your add (if you have sponsored any real emergency services in the past) then ring you claiming to be who you advertised with (LIE) then tell you it's ready to publish they just need your birthday address for a password... This is the second time it's happened to me (did not pay anything) but if people don't realize they hand over money for advertising in a RIP OFF company that tries to SCAM honest people.
