Paper note left in letterbox with "H & J Strat****" name and this number enquiring about whether we wanted to sell our property to this "young couple" who "recently moved to Nanango (Qld) ..." for work. Asking to arrange an inspection, if interested in selling.
It *could* be legitimate, because I'd consider canvassing for a house I like in a town I wanted to move into too, if my circumstances required it. But the names on the note don't match the 5.5 years old "latest" record on ReverseAustralia, so I'm cautious and may not call them back.
