Caller: Solar rebate type company

Lady, probably Indian/Filipino asking if I had solar panels.
She said not a sales call. Have had this before.
Told her I was angry because it is for a solar company.
Have lied to them and the company has called me and they promised to put me on their DNC list. I'm already on Telstra DNC.
Tried to ring back but "number is unavailable" answer.
System is open to abuse where number looks like Aus number in this case mobile previously assoc with A.Schram , 7 Taverner Ct, Scoresby Vic 3179, Australia
Foreign lady hung up on me.
