Told me I had a website that was not number 1 on google. There is a reason for that we don't have a website and when I told him wanted to argue about it. Told him was not interested and hung up. Keep getting these idots all the time. Wish the ACCC or someone would do something about them.

he only waited 1 minute 53 before figuring out I wasn't coming back to the phone. :(

This could be the scam that they want you to ring back ,then you

no one on the other end. phoned it back straight away and it had an optus message saying that the number was disconnected. It has to be part of optus to be disconnected so fast. cancel any optus accounts you have, .

One of those hang up when you answer them callers. I'm pretty sure they do it to make sure the number they're calling is legit - perhaps even to get the business name that everyone always answers with. Because soon after, we then get another call with that incredibly annoying, heavily accented, 'can I speak to the owner of (insert business name)?'. Would love to be able to block numbers on a landline.

Rings, when answered no one there. Waste of time.

Called me, was a telemarketer. Got him to get off the phone then tried calling back and it says this number is disconnected.

Same here, answered the call, no one answered then loud beep and female voice saying good bye.

Have received 2 x calls two days running at the same time, yesterday it said nothing and hung up, today it said in a computer voice goodbye.. When i call it back it says mail box full

No one there when you answer, long silence then automated voice says goodbye. Ring back and no answer just a messge that the voice box is full.
