Number rang 10/12/19.
After checking with this service and getting no result, I called back on hidden number & received the following message;

Telstra advises that the number you are calling is currently not accepting incoming calls.

If whoever it is doesn't want to speak with me, then why call me?
I will ignore this like the many other numbers that ring.
