Caller: pretended to be Telstra

Typical 'Telstra fault' although started with English speaking person claiming to be from Telstra & then switched to 'technician' who answered by usual real Telstra offshore tech announcing themselves by name and adding "how may I help you?" to whic i replied they had called us not vice versa. Difficult to understand, confusing minute or two and I hung up.
