This number keeps calling so I called it back and got a friend to call the number also, while she was right next to me.
We both got different recorded messages stating who it was. 1 said Zippay, the other said Telstra. Both for overdue accounts

Caller: Fake zip pay Scammers pretending to be zip pay. My account is not blocked, I have not gotten any email from zip pay themselves and my balance isn’t due until 2022 so I can confirm this is a scam. Don’t answer, just block.

Caller: Telstra recorded message - internet and phone will be disconnected tomorrow Scam call Telstra recording urgent Disconnection press 1 and talk to Support to resolve. Person (possibly Indian) answered with lots of other people answering callers in the background. She said there were fraudulent connections on my internet connection and asked what computers and other equipment was attached to the internet. I hung up the phone straight away.

Its Zip Pay. They play games and call you but then hang up and when you try to return the call it's either out of service area or goes to message bank.
They also send rude messages.
