Caller: Supposedly from my Car service provider.

Got same identical message from another number 0428 509 789 at the same time, telling me that my car is ready for collection. Problem is my car had long been collected and paid for but they got my registration and the Service provider address correct!

Received text message with a link in it saying "Your parcel is on its way".

Got a message saying “Hi (my name), just confirming that your vehicle is booked in for a service at 07:30am on 13 AUG 24. Look forward to seeing you then.”

I sent an enquiry and looking around for a place. I see reading these it’s a scam.

Advertising some solar offer. Never heard of them, don't need it and have blocked the number. My number is on the do not call list!

Received an sms that simply said "Thank you". I do not know this number so I blocked it.

Got SMS from this number reminding that my car was due for a service. Only problem was that that car was a Pajero that had been recalled due to the Sakata airbag issue and it had been crushed 2 years ago!

said I called him 5min ago but I didn't call this number also he insisted im give him full my name and my home address

No idea who this is or what membership and when does anyone explain the date pattern being used?? weird.

Purports to be from FNPW, whatever that might be, seeking donations

I got a message telling me that I had been sent a reminder notice about a self collect account being ovedue. There is no such account. It looks legitimate but is a scam. I ignored both messages.

Has sent two messages to me. One about an order I had made and then one about a meeting. I had received the same exact messages about these two things and this number had them both word for word, but had links to click on. Don’t click on anything from this number.

Scam. Attempting to have me complete an on-line ABN application, which I realised was a scam before completing it.

SMS from 4wd Supacentre congratulating me on my purchase (didn't recall making one :) ) and suggesting I click on a tracking link which included 4wd supacentre in he address line RATHER than a courier service.

Missed call from this number so whoever it is can go "get stuffed"

Just had a "missed call" from this number - not sure WHO but read these comments and decided to block it!

Sent an authentication code from Go Tax. Have never used this service
