Recorded message didn't specifically mention it was the ATO but apparently I have a tax debt and I had to "press 1" to find out more about it. Have assumed it is a scam since the ATO will generally post an official letter regarding those sorts of matters. I suspect the group uses all sorts of numbers to call from
