I answered and an Australian accent bloke recorded voice says that it’s a Survey that will take a couple of minutes.
I hung up!!!
You Have to phone Telstra and complain and they will block the number hopefully.

Can't be anything but SPAM. Phone never rang. Just message of the call. I get these all the time. BLOCKED NOW.
