Called 3 times in quick succession without leaving voice message

Definate scam. Identified as Telstra. Knew my name, my 2 Hotmail email accounts by full name, the amount I pay Telstra each month. Rang same day I made a complaint to Telstra about data usage query so I made the mistake of answering the call. They have broken into my Telstra account from Pakistan via Google Chrome and bought phones or something on my account, broken into my Microsoft account and reset my Hotmail passwords, broken into my Service NSW account and viewed my date of birth and address from my NSW Drivers liscense, and for 2 days have been resetting my Hotmail password remotely each time I reset it. Telstra & Service NSW have been very good, Microsoft not much help at all so far

Claimed to be Telstra offering 6 months half price on account to help customers save due to cost of living expenses, interrupted caller and asked to verify they really were from Telstra, but only knew my name and email, I wasn’t confident caller really was from Telstra so I hung up.

100% scam. They say they are from Telstra and have enough of your j information to trick you. They ask to verify your account.Then sign in as you in your Telstra account and change details to theirs before ordering stuff I.E a phone . This has been reported to the police

They called my mobile twice, only rang once each time and then they hung up. They didn’t leave a voicemail and I didn’t call them back.
