Received a text Saying it was from the Maitland Hospital. I looked into it and the link Gosh.re is from GoShare Healthcare.

I thought it was a scam at first, but it is legit.

Caller: St Vincents Northside Hospital

This was a message from Oli Steele advising of hospital restrictions re visitors. I didn't open the message but rang the hospital direct and they confirmed this. Luckily I checked because my husband is due for procedure at 7:00 am tomorrow and I needed to get an exemption as his carer to be with him. Thank goodness I checked.

Received text claiming to be from Bowral Hospital ED and telling me to click a link to participate in a survey relating to my recent visit. I have never been there so I ignored it. Either a wrong number or a scam I guess.

text was sent, requesting me to go to my GP for a heart and stroke test because i was a high risk . I will be checking with my GP to see if this is legitimate.

Caller: Pretending to be John Hunter Hospital

Sent a text from this number with a link to results, 20mins after arriving back home from COVID test at Belmont Hospital on 2/5/2021. Did not click on link. Went through the process of getting automated test results as per the handout from the hospital.

Received a txt from said number asking to click on link provided in regards to Covid test results.Ive often had trouble following directions..lol. So instead I rang JHH pathology and this number was confirmed to have NO connection to Australian Covid testing or Aust. Gov Health departments in any way..DO NOT click link if you receive,suggest to contact local government pathology directly via ringing to confirm. I Have supplied number & link details to the Aust. Federal Police department in relation to online scam investigations..
