0428 887 247 keeps ringing both my home line & personal mobile numbers, when I pick up they say nothing but keep the line open for 30 seconds then hang up ! when I let the call go to message bank they just hang up ! driving me nuts

They called me and said they were from a stationery company trying to sell me copy paper. ??? Blocked them.

Got a call, True Caller said it was Pennant Hills Toyota? (not convinced) I answered and all I heard was keyboard typing, and then they hung up!.. =/
