This is a scam. Indian call centre. Hung up as soon as he said 'hello' .... left the phone off the hook.

how can they use this no. when call appears to come from over seas . 04 is Australia mobile phones. has it been hijacked? say something about our security if it has. so much for the no call register

Got call from this number. Called back and got engaged tone.

Getting this number ringing me consistently so now I just hang up after they cop plenty of abuse by me. NOT interested in talking to any charity organizations or surveys EVER.

Phone rang, answered it and it hung up.
Tried calling the number back, engaged signal. Cannot get through.
Sounds sus.
