I didn't open message but I don't have any doctor appointments. Have used Health Engine once or twice in the past. Don't know if it is a scam, but deleted anyway.

sms from HealthEngine about my doctor appointment. I didn't tell them I had an appointment and how did they get my number? I guess the doctor told them??

Text message about appointment that wasn't made with unknown person. no other details to follow up. not sure what the point of it is. number not connected when trying to phone it.

I received health appointment via this number directing me to make future applilointments with HEALTH ENGINE which were fined 2.9 million dollars in court last year for selling private patient details and lying about reviews. Google the conviction! Then decide if you want to deal with companies which do this.
