I have known Clinton Smith since his days working for Ambulance Victoria, and his days as the officer in charge of a St Johns Ambulance Cadet Unit in Victoria.

Thanks for the information ref the Ballarat court and date, I had heard there was a case where Smith was trying to get a payback AVO on his previous employer after his employer had taken one out on him and his boyfriend, but was unaware of a return date or location.
I might just have to attend on the morning in question, do you know as you are all knowing if Smiths wife will be there as she is such a nice lady I would like to catch up for a coffee with her, she will be really surprised at who I am as we all moved in the same social circles in Orange until they hastily left town due to smiths antics with young boys came to light.

Friends have contacted me who know who I am and said put your reasons up for doing what I have done, it will give you more credibility.
Smith in early 2010 started to show an unnatural interest in my 16 year old son, and over a period of about 3 months showered him with expensive gifts, promised to take him to motorsport events and get him where the public could not go and the same with music events.
It was my 21 year old daughter who first sensed something was going on as my son was missing classes at school, moody and very anti his family something we put down to teenage years.
When in fact it was Smith telling him that they should leave Orange together and go to the Gold Coast to live as he (Smith) had a plan to get lots of money so they could live a holiday lifestyle.
After much effort from my daughter in talking with my son the truth came out, and I confronted Smith at work one afternoon, he tried to bluster his way out of it but failed and was put on notice to stay away from my son or I would take the issue to the NSW police.
soon after that Smith was put in a mental institution claiming depression and other medical problems that I as a lay person do not understand, I saw it as his way to escape notice.
That is my reason for chasing this low life down to save someone else's child from his predator ways,

Is he cutting your lunch....all sounds very fanciful to me....now follow some simple maths with me, any child is a teenager from ages 13 to 19.
