Caller: DHL?

This is an automated call saying that I have a package waiting to be delivered and instead of giving directions in english they are given in Chinese. Upon calling the number back that another automated voice tells you that DHL are unable to take my call right now, but if I leave my details they will forward my message as a text message, should do so then "normal call costs will be incurred. Clearly this a scam the longer your on the phone the more you are being charged.
