The Social Research Centre will call you shortly to take part in a survey on safety and crime in your area on behalf of the police. It wants you to follow prompts. When you have police in the family there is no way they would send these messages out randomly. Absolutely a scam so BEWARE and delete the message and block the number.

The website does exist but that doesn't mean it belongs to the government at all and could be there to further entrap people who engage with the website.
Completely stupid idea if it is legit as they are encouraging people to divulge personal views and information over the phone on unknown phone numbers to people whose identities cannot be verified. Satisifaction with this being legal - NOT AT ALL. Probability that it is a scam - VERY HIGH. Stooooopid!!!
