Not sure about this - Indian caller wanting to arrange appointment for solar panel assessment, said eligible for Federal Government Rebate of $4,000. Most insistent I make appointment for assessor to visit, when I asked coy said from "Green Solutions" . Knew my personal details. Told him I was too busy to make appointment. Haven't located a $4,000 rebate info when I 'googled'.
