Caller: Possible scammer

Person (female) claiming to be from Telstra rang to claim that a change to my internet settings had occurred. There was a lot of talking and noise in the background of the caller. When asked whether my internet had suffered interruptions or slow speeds in the last few days, I said "No". The line immediately went dead, without a word from the caller.
